8 AM - 9:15 AM - Advanced - Elite Group (Training T-Shirt Permitted)

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Sport Class (Full uniform Required)

10:45 AM - 12 PM - **Beginner - Intermediate Group (Training T-Shirt Permitted)

**It is highly recommended that Younger students focus solely on the Team Trainings during these specific days so that they can give 100%. The specialized training and focus on specific drills/techniques will help and ensure future development.

Snacks are permitted between trainings. Please choose healthy snack that does not make crumbs!
